Provides Individual Therapy to Teens and Adults
Hey, I’m Lyndsey! I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling and hold a BFA in musical theater from University of the Arts. I have experience teaching vocational and life skills to young adults as well as providing Applied Behavioral Analysis to school aged children. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, gender/ sexual identity, trauma, and life transitions.

Through a trauma-informed lens, I focus on the mind-body connection to illuminate how past experiences impact thoughts and feelings in the present. I integrate various theoretical approaches such as CBT, experiential, and somatic therapy. Out of deep respect for each client’s multicultural identity and unique experiences, I collaboratively tailor treatment to each client’s specific needs.

Integrating my extensive education and background in theater, I bring creativity, authenticity, and humility to the therapeutic experience to foster healing. Above all else, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship by inviting you to come to therapy as you are. I would be honored to connect with you as you reconnect with yourself.
